This course is suitable for complete beginners and those who have previously attended a course with Pat MacDonald MA, UKCP.  Pat MacDonald  is a psychotherapist and writer, who has run Mindfulness in Daily Life and Meditation courses for a number of years and has extensive experience of the theory and practice of mindfulness and meditation.

Mindful Movement: exploring how to be more mindful in our daily lives through very gentle exercise loosely based in Chi Gong.

Meditation: an introduction through guided meditation and silent group practice.
