Teddington is undoubtedly a special place to live and work. This year marks the 800th birthday of the parish. To honour this very significant anniversary, there is a festival of events taking place over the summer and autumn, encompassing all the interests and aspects of life in Teddington. During the finale week in November, there will be a firework display at the Lensbury, and a specially commissioned and amusing play of scenes based on the key historical development periods of the town and hosted in Normansfield Theatre, written by Cathy Randall.

There will be a small ticket price which will be donated towards a Teddington Community Project.
